well to start off, i have trouble keeping my cars idle low and steady.. any lower than about 875, and it starts surging. also i have my bac screw all the way down and the car barely gets to 750. when i push the brake or turn lights on, the idle changes and doesnt recover.

is there a way to inspect my bac to see whats broken?

 

Mine has short circuited, you could check that.

 

Rip it out and block it off
