new waste gate valve stem seals

recently i pulled off my waste gates to replace the gaskets and i saw that the valve stem seal needs to be replaced. So my question is where can i get a new valve stem seal and how much are they?

On the stock Mazda turbo?
Mazda does not sell this part alone.
You'd need to purchase the entire turbo just to get one tiny part.

This implies you have two or more external wastegates, but we're really just guessing. Do you think you could explain yourself a bit clearer? Or a lot clearer?
