It's a little hard to tell, had to consult the haynes manual. The 4 things you have pointed out I believe are the Oil metering nozzles that run from the OMP. you'll have to run hoses from the OMP to those to safely run the car.

Yes those are your oil injectors. The nipple on the side is for the oil feed and the one on the end is vacuum. These four go to a splitter with a big hose that sources it's vaccum from the rear of the UIM upper intake mani.

You could block off all that junk and premix if you so desired.

so the 4 vacuum lines of the omp connects to the nipples on the sides of those things right?

if so, is there a specific order?

You're pointing to all four oil injectors.

The vacuum goes into the top.
The oil injects into the sides.

There's no specific order for the OMP lines to the injectors as far as I know. I suppose if you're using those stock hard plastic lines you could say so since they pretty much only fit one way.

It's always difficult to read something like this and not make a remark that the oil injectors don't get vacuum. Sorry, couldn't help myself. Right is right and wrong is wrong. They get a source of metered air from a source prior to the throttle plates, not vacuum. Done.

About the oil lines. There is a post somewhere on this site that gives you a diy on how to make the lines yourself much cheaper than the oiginal ones that COST$.

no. but youll need to block off the pump to the oil metering pump. the njectors you could just cover with some jbweld and your good to go, but the omp needs to go. if your using an s4, you can just yank it. there is a rod that connects to the throtle body that you can just yank aswell. on the s5 model, you cant simply yank it. yoi have to leave it plugged in. just ziptie it out of the way or ...

block off plates and everything else you need can either be had on mazdatrix.com or some people here will put on steel braided lines. it doesnt matter to me. a full set f lines is 100 bucks ( 25 x 4 ) and your gonna have to remove the oil injectors and the 4 bolts on the front of the omp to install these stock replacement lines.
If you want to premix. the common ratio is 100:1 which is almost exactly as 1 metric fluid oz to one gallon. so if you go to fill up at the pump, have around 14 oz on tap since your rarely gonna need the 16 unless you fully drain your tank.

i hope this answers every single question you have.

The oil injectors get blocked off with 4 bolts, the shortest ones you can find. On a T2, the size is 10mm x 1.25 thread pitch. Slap some Anti-seize on the threads of the SHORTEST bolt you can find, and tighten them into the holes.

If your taking off the lower intake manifold, you can buy the slightly longer bolts. What I did, was buy bolts that protruded into the manifold just a little bit, and then dremel'd off the remaining bit. It makes it nice and smooth, so the air doesn't get caught on anything
