New TII questions

ok im lookin at buyin a TII from this guy who just rebuilt the engine about 1000 miles ago. ho told me the only problem it has is that it floods. do u think it can be leaky primary injectors? he told me he replaced the 2ndaries. also when he goes to shut the car off. the car stays on for some reason. and u have to shut off the fuel pump for the car to turn off. can that be the problem as well? any info would be appreciated. thanks

being as it has just been rebuilt that might be the case. A fresh rebuilt engine needs to build good compression (depending on how many miles the core has) to have good starts, not flood, etc.

I don't know what to say about the fuel pump, It is good when you are trying to unflood it though.
