New springs now or later?
My car rides like a cadillac, and bottoms out in the rear if I hit a big bump. I have a set of tokico blues about to go on this weekend.
I guess my question really is, how bad can the springs wear out. Should I put off installing the shocks and wait until I can get a new set of springs?
89k on the car, but like I said its very sloshy at the moment.

If it were me, I would pick up a set of springs in the classified section. I am sure someone has some eibachs,rb,tien laying around. If not look in ebay they have some for a good price. The way I see it is while you are in there, might as well do it right the first time.

Depends on How much work you want to do.
The springs are Old(20 years) and since the shocks went, they have been workin Extra hard.So really they wouldn't be the greatest thing to be Riding around on.The Springs may have started to sag,and not be at the Original Ride height when they were new.
Myself,I would be Leaning towards a New set of aftermarket springs, lower the car an Inch, and you then know that the Suspension is Better than when you started off. Then you can Tackle more areas of the car that Need attention.
You won't have to Go back, and change springs later on.They'd be Done.
