New Spark Plugs In Re-Built Engine

I changed plugs today for the first time since having a Mazda re-built engine installed. I darn near didn't get the old ones out! Obviously, whoever installed the first set of plugs neglected to use some anti-sieze compound on the threads.

My advice to anyone who is having a rebuilt engine installed is to check the plugs and make sure some anti-sieze compound is used.
