New Spark Plugs

OK, my friend just put my new NGK spark plugs in for me today. when i go and start it, it seems to respond more slowly and seems like there is a slight loss of power. is there such thing as not tightening them in right. and is there such thing as 'breaking' in new spark plugs?

No, Plugs should work better as soon as installed... check to see that he didn't leave the leading plugs disconnected.

Make certain the plug wires are connected to the correct plugs. The front coil-both plug wires should go to the lower plugs. Doesn't matter which one. Rear coil marked T1 T2. T1 upper front and then T2 would be upper rear plug.
