new to the rotary game

Okay, seeing as how im still kinda new to the rotary game, ive got some questions. My goal is to build the car for the track (drifting), i have no worry for emissions or anything. My goal for power would be ranging from 350-400hp. I dont really know that much about the motors yet and would just like some input on the best ways I can go about making the 350-400hp.

for that kind of HP goal you are going to need a turbo if your n/a, and if you are turbo a bigger turbo injectos EMS exahsut fuel pump. and some other various parts
