New rebuild, no start
New rebuild, no start
I pulled a plug and it's got spark. Pulled the primaries and they're shooting fuel.
I'm pretty sure I stabbed the CAS in the right spot.
I'm out of ideas. I'm thinking that even if the CAS isn't in *exactly* the right spot, I should at least get a sputter, but all it does is crank. Doesn't catch at all.

Double check your timing as well. If I remember correctly the dot on the gear and the line on the CAS should be aligned and when installing the piece at the top should move barley if at all. Someone correct me if I'm wrong it's been awhile since I did this.
^ Also, one trick is to remove the cover at the top and after aligning the marks at the bottom, mark the position at the top so you can see if it moved.
edit: There's also a particular way the CAS gear under the front cover has to go. It has a key to locate position, but can go front to back by mistake. It has a chamfer, but offhand don't remember if it's towards the front or back.
