Question new rebuild

i have a 87 turbo 2 and it has about 120k miles and i like to give the S4 a rebuild with a streetport job, put am not sure if i should get new rotors and rotor housings. its going to be $2500 for SP and reused rotors and housings, $4350 for SP and new rotors and housings and by mazdatrix. so what would you all go for, the $2500 or the $4350?

thanks
