Hey everyone, just joined this forum, I just purchased an 1986 RX-7, everything is stock on it, planning to rebuilt engine/transmission, any suggestions or tips!? thanks,

For real though...

Get the rebuild video from Atkins Rotary (http://www.atkinsrotary.com). That'll lead you through the process step by step. As for the tranny rebuild, good luck. That's a lot of complicated little pieces that love to go and dissapear on ya. I would just suggest getting a good used one, aftermarket, or professionally rebuilt.
