ok ive finally decided what to do, after much debation im goin with an 89-91 j-spec engine in my 86, it will get a t2 tranny/driveshaft and LSD, when i get my income taxes and my buddy buys my GSL-SE ill buy that and have it street ported and installed on my car, i can have it ported for ~75 bucks from my dads friend i just need the templates, ill also be buying a 5spd tranny for my automatic and it will be getting its engnie back
and the 86 RX im picking up on saturday supposedly has a bad engine, so it will need one also, that will be my N/A beast
i just hope im not gonna be disappointed with the 89-91 J-Spec in my car, i dont think i will be considering the weight of it
instead of 3100 like the 89-91 t2's

i asked that question not to long ago...i got an answer saying that you need the tranny, driveshaft, and lsd. you also need to get a 'tII' compatible flywheel (aftermarket maybe) and the starter that matches it. Also need to get new clutch cylinder(s). wires for reverse lights need to be extended also. hell...i know theres a lot more people on here who know more, i just havent heard much more w/ problems arising and such.

haha. well, That is what you get when you don't have a turbo. N/A rx7s are slow. period. Unless you got some major porting done. And if you are gonna argue with that, then you are stupid.
