B) It's "too dumb". Not "to dumb".
C) Never end a sentence with a preposition ( stuff ).
If aforementioned FAQ/s were composed as above, NO ONE could understand them.

I was pretty sure that "stuff" was basically an unclear noun... maybe my english just sucks though..... maybe it is a preposition... hmm "the plane flew stuff the cloud"... almost makes sense.
Reading the faq along with the terms would be sweet... too bad nobody reads those either... I guess the quiz might help.

I got my 91 N/A in the fall of 1999, but I didn't discover this Web site until the spring of 2003. I used to work on my piston cars a lot when I was a kid, but I knew absolutely nothing about rotaries. So, when I signed up on this forum, I did read the FAQ. But you know what? I still ask some dumb questions (dumb to an experienced rotary mechanic). This forum has been invaluable to me as a Noob rotary owner. I have yet to be seriously flamed on and I have really appreciated the help more experienced rotary types have given me. When I fell confident enough to respond to some future Noob's "dumb" question, I hope I can do so without flaming on them.

and for the thread starters...the sec'd gen section here does have a sticky thread that says: ATTN new members, read here before posting, Check the archive, FAQ & use COMMON SENSE
But I just don't think anyone reads that either

There, you've been flamed
.
The problem is that alot of new members are young teens that don't know **** about cars in general. Remember that one kid who blew a fuse and was freaking out because his car wouldn't start? He didn't even know what a fuse was, where they were located, or if it was something you could replace. He thought he was gonna have to spend a ton of money or something to replace a fuse.
Couple that with the fact that no one knows much about rotaries, and you have a bad combo of stupidity.
I definitely think making people read the FAQ before they join is a good idea. Or taking a general automotive knowledge test. It's fine that someone doesn't know the inner workings of a rotary, wants to know what weight and type of oil people reccomend, or gain more and more tech info on RX-7's. However freaking out and making threads because you don't know how to replace a fuse is not really RX-7 related.
