What is the exact problem with the sunroof?

What is the exact problem with the stereo wiring? What wires cause stuff to go nuts?

A little more detail will help everyone in answering your questions.

I have a a problem with my sunroof as well when i press the open button you can hear the motor but nothing happens... I dont know anything about sunroofs either so any help would be nice. The wiring harness for the stereo was messed up in mine as well it took me a few and i searched the forms for diagrams it helped me out i don't have the link off hand but there is a diagram for what each wire/ color is.
