New n/a --> Turbo II owner

hi, i've been a member of these forum for a while and i just want to say hello and tell you about my project.
I'm from Chile (sorry for my english), and im converting a n/a into a Turbo II.
The project consist in installing Turbo II engine, ecu, gearbox, clutch, lsd, cardan (dont know the name in english, is the joint between the clutch and the lsd), springs and brake system (pads, calipers). I think that whith that mods the car should run exactly as a turbo II. Did i miss something?
First i just want that that the car run like a turbo II. then details like seats and interior stuff.
I bought a very cheap crashed turbo II (1987), a mint condition n/a (1986) and the Turbo II engine (1988), ecu and gerabox should arrive this week from Japan.
I would apreciate any advices.

Thanks a lot and nice forum.

all you do it remove the TII parts and put them in the 86. Pretty simple really. I'd transplant all the wiring too.

Just swap the speedometer from your original cluster to the new turbo cluster. It unscrews at the back.
