New Molded Carpet

Ive been looking around for a complete set for the full floor, but before i make a purchase I want some opinions on trusted sites and if anyone has gotten one from a site before and how it worked out.

i thought AaronCake bought a replacement set from black dragon and wasnt completely satisfied with it..though i dont want to put words in his mouth. i believe he had some fitment issues.

i bought a set off ebay a couple years ago and the fitment was terrible.

i have a nice set of factory black carpet if you are interested...

You mentioned in the write up that you had to stretch the carpet to fit. Question: How did you stretch it? By pulling on it by hand or did you use something mechanical?

The carpet can't really be stretched. The slack has to come from somewhere and since it's a plastic lined carpet, it doesn't really stretch like the type of carpet installed in your living room. Pulling it on one side means its too short on the other.

Honestly the ACC carpet (which is sold by Black Dragon) is a very poor quality carpet as far as fitment. Someone with a lot of upholstery experience can probably make it fit fine in a few days. I could have probably made it fit pretty well if I put two weeks into it. But it will never be OEM.
