New Member/New Car 87 tII...

Been doin alot of research on the site and have been very pleased with all the answers i have found. But i still have a few questions.

The car has 108k miles. Engine was "Rebuilt" approx 8k miles ago. As far as i can tell it runs very well. Though im not sure what the rebuild consisted of.

It has a fuel cut switch installed as it experiences the flooding issue described in the archived post that also gives the instructions on how to build this switch.

My first question is if this problem can be fixed with new injectors? I was told by the guy i purchased it from that it could, but im not sure.

Second question is how hard is that to do. I am a car guy, but Rotary is new to me.

Third Question is an engine with this issue worth building on?

And lastly, i have read mixed opinions/guides on what to do regarding the fuel cut defender. Is it a viable option or should i just save up for one of the systems.

I apologize in advance for what may be viewed as stupidity, but thanks for any constructive comments.

Another bit i should have added, once again not sure if its correct. As im starting the car im supposed to flip the switch off, hold the pedal down, then as i hear it start to turn over i flip the switch and release the gas pedal. Anyone heard of anything like this? thanks.
