Thumbs up NEW and IMPROVED front spoiler 4 an s4

okey dokey, the pink foam didn't enjoy the 3m 90 it was glued with so I switched to the blue foam and 3M 77. Let me know what you think of this one.

looks really good. just a thought on maybe having slits in it unerneath where the brake ducts are, kind of like the feed. think that could be doable? other than that, it looks damn good.

I'm not that good with the glass yet...so I'm gonna keep it simple for now. If this turns out good I'll start making a mold for a rear defuser.

Looks very nice, you send the mold do one of the carbon fiber guys on here so we can have a fiberglass or CF lip. Can't wait to see the final product.

The pink one didn't have that much of a lip on the botom did it? That's what I thought it needed!
Maybe it's just cause I didnt' see the origional one form the side....

its just a 4x8 sheet of blue insulation foam 3/4" thick. It costs about 9 bux a sheet (home depot, lowes, DIY...etc..etc). I followed the tip about painting it with a latex paint before applying bondo. Works good. And no, the original didn't have quite as much of a profile to it. It'll be a little while till the final product is done. I'm taking my time and making sure this male mold is just right. More work now equals less work, bondo and weight on the final product.
