not my cup of tea, but good work. I happen to like the idiot lights in the factory position. I have one of the 3-gauge DIN setups that sits below the aftermarket stereo. You must not need heat in Houston. I could never get away with that in Louisville, KY.

I meant to ask. Did you have to lengthen the wires for the idiot lights and/or clock at all? I am planning on putting mine down where the stereo used to be and wanted to see if I needed to buy more wire and some splices before I got started. Thanks in advance.

I also have the Idiot light guage pod, you should make them. I always get people PM'ing me about them, especially on the torquecentral.com forum.

Actually it barelly reached...If you remove the glove box and reach up behind the dash there is a wiring clamp that you must open up to make it reach...but that is better than cutting the wires.

I really liked the idiot lights there too, it took me a long time to decide to do this...I wanted my boost gauge right there but I didn't wanted to block the view of the idiot lights...to make a long story short I looked at a lot of the different pods out there and this was the one I liked the most...I want to keep the idiot lights working and in sorta a stock location...I didn't want the one that puts the gauges down by the stereo because that is farther from my line of sight than the stock location...I wanted them right in my line of sight.

Yeah the heater doesn't do much good down here...my heater core went out and I really do want to spend the money to fix it...not having A/C sucks, being a black car in one of the hottest places in America...

Pat, I PM'd you about the pod. And to anyone else who didn't catch it in the first post of this thread. These pods are made and sold by 5one5 Innovations out of Canada. You can either email the shop owner or PM me if you are interested in buying one.

I've never been to TX
Aren't you from there too?

Must be hot there.. I assume.

It's ok, not my personal taste for gauges. Good job.

PM Jesus cookies. He might have some laying around. Or Banzaitoyota. Those would be the two guys I'd try first. If not you could always order new ones from Victoria British/Black Dragon Auto.

I don't know about Victoria British/Black Dragon Auto but I did look at Corksport and a couple of others and they want $75+ for them, that is crazy!!! Thanks for the leads though.
