hey guys i just got my rx7 last night and i've been itching to tinker with it, its black with a sunroof(with is a peace of crap) n/a auto tranny i found out that the motor is most likley blown and its an auto tranny with has got to go i hate autos so i plan on swaping in a j-spec turboII motor and 5speed trans and a limited slip rear
i just got got done pulling out the carpet of this thing that was the nastiest S**t i have ever messed with it had what looked to be blood!? and oil and just crap and baking soada all over the place so i tore that crap out i'm bringing it to the upholstery shop this week to have new carpet put in and a new headliner. the sunroof is broke go figure but it dont leak the hatch leaks a small bit the steering wheel is screwed. heres a few pics of it.....

Check out www.rx7.com first. U should get an idea of the cars capabilities from a stock standpoint then choose an area u want to imporve on. Probably start with intake, exhaust, and suspensions changes(spring and shock combo, or strut tower bars and under car brace kit). A stronger clutch and better ignition system are always welcome to the rotary.
