will the front fd caliper fit into 91 fc?have anyone done this?please let me know

Um why do want to swap them out? The TII calipers do a great job. If you want more braking, then look into better pads, with new shims, and SS braided lines.

 

i have a n/a not a turbo II.so do you think it is going to fit?cause i have fd also and have a extra set caliper

I am not sure about that. I did take the 4 piston calipers from my parts car and have been using those. I think the brakes feel a little better, but not enough improvement to warrant all of that work. Suprisingly, the single piston S5 brakes work very well. I had some bad brake fade though, probably due to crappy pads.

 

Whats you S5 a base? Anything else will have four pots.

 

I have a S4 GXL that I took the brakes from. It was an 88 GXL. You will have to have the 4 piston lines that go up to the hardlines on the chassis. Other than that It's a direct bolt-in. Just make sure that the pistons aren't stuck.

The car the brakes went into was a S5 GTU.
