Corksport makes one but you can't use the stock intake snorkel with it.

Im sure if you make a "WTB" message in the classifieds section you can find one. With a lot of people switching to elec. fans, theres got to be more than a few out there available.

Mazda dealer.

Or, just get a used one. They are common and cheap as people convert to electric fans.
