New fan clutch or E-Fan?

Well it looks as though the fan clutch on my car is gone. I can stop the fan with my fingers and I'm assuming thats why the temps are getting high when in slow moving traffic even with my brand new radiator. So my question is do you think I should go with like a flex a lite E-fan or just stick with a new fan clutch. Cause a clutch is like 200 bucks so a E fan isn't going to be to far off. I basically want what works best for cooling the engine. Just want to hear what the majority of you would do in this position.
thanks

Unless you need the room for a wild V-mount or FMIC set-up. I would stick with the stock fan and shroud. It has worked well for 16 years

Yeah.. can't beat the stock fan, unless you need the room. An e-fan really opens up the engine bay.

Clutch Fan. Nothing I know of can move air the way that thing does. Yes by disposing of it will make the bay less messy but you sacrifice cooling and in my book that ain't cool.

Hey bro, If you need a Clutch Fan, I'll send you my J-Spec s5 one for free. You just pay for shipping. If you can get me a TII Brake Booster line, that would be golden, eitherwise, It's okay.

Keep the clutch fan. Get a good used one and swap it in. An e-fan will not be up to par with the CFM the stocker can pull.

Keep talkin the clutch fans up guys... All I know is that my fiero e-fan was 15 bucks from the j-yard and it keeps my engine twice as cool as the stock clutch fan I had in there before. Now maybe my clutch fan was going bad but in any case...my temp guage reads so low that I almost get worried that my engine is running TOO cool!

Just my experience,
Lee
