i have an 89 gtu and im looking into a new exhaust system. what do u guys have? and what is best for the car performance wise? its going to be my first upgrade

go with a racing beat header presilencer for sure also its up to you if you want loud get a apexi n1 dual catback if you want quiet then get the racing beat catback

yes they both give about the same hp but the apexi will be much louder

most cais can be done reaspoanble well and cheap on your won. Do a search for CAI's there is a thread running the last few days that provides into to use a prelude CAI kit on a 7. Seems nice.

I actually got my dynomax catback just today...but i gotta warn u..this thing looks shabby as HELL!!

At least the tips look pretty tho.....i hope it sounds and works better than it looks

There is no popular cool air intake kit for the FC, most everything of that nature is done by us (there are a lot of threads in the archives about this, also search...I know you hate hearing that but it'll answer damn near anything ) custom. You'll also find that parts for the FC are NOT cheap so if you want the best be prepared to spend some money (aka...DON'T BE CHEAP, it's not a Honda so don't expect those prices ). Good luck on whatever you do, also if you search for exhaust sounds there are quite a few files on here of some of the systems.
