New engine smokes a little on start up

A fresh rebuild will always smoke on startup for the first little while because the seals arent seated fully. If it smokes CONSTANTLY, then that's no good. Its possible that the OMP linkage is not securely attached, or some vacuum lines reversed.

I would say it's normal also.Some parts may have not seated yet.On start up a lot of rotaries will smoke,and thats because rotaries need oil injection or premix.I wouldn't worry too much about it.
