I know the flywheel is different (weight and counter balance) between an S4 and S5 non turbo but can a clutch and pressure plate from an S4 work on an S5?

As best I can tell the bolt and stud pattern is the same betwen the S4 and S5 but everyone sells them as separate applications. Any logical reason?

 

I think the diameter of the clutch is different and the bolt patterns are slightly different as well.
