Question New Differential Symptoms!

If you haven't read the rest of this thread, read "Do I Need A Diff. Mount?" Alright, I just drove in the rain, and I REALLY listened to my diff. Ok, how loud should the "bang" from the diff hitting the subframe be? All I hear is a little tap that just sounds like the gears changin (manual tranny). Also, if I let of the gas, press the clutch all the way in, and then brake, I get no jerking. The thing is, won't drivein this way burn up my clutch? Is my front diff mount broken, or is my TPS bad? HHHEEELLLPPP!

I get a noticeable bang that even passengers can detect. So I don't know what the case is for you but I doubt it is the diff. mount.
