New Custom Frantik Front bumber

hi guys! as many of you must know with the fc3s, there is very few bumper available if any that have adequate intercooler cut out especialy for the 600x300 type front mounts. anyway i was faced with this problem so i designed and moulded my own. heres a few pics, let me know what you think. i think its turned out near perfect and is one of the best looking kits ive seen for the fc3s.

Nice bumper. I have to say though that that's an awful lot of turns in that piping.

Thats looks awesome, id buy one if you lived over here!

Piping is like that(my guess) so he can keep the P/S without pinching the IC piping or routing it under the ps belts/pullies.

haha! wow thanks guys! ive always had patients for this sort of work and a good eye for details i guess, but yea really rewarding to here all your gus positive feed back.

As you all seem to have noticed the complicated plumbing, Ill explain why......
Im useing an RE Amemiya manifold for the extra injector points. the manifold points the plumbing to that side of the car, It was easy to stay clear of the p/s pump and pulleys this way so i just ran with it. It doesnt seem to effect boost responce at all.

Anyway back to the bumper... Since i have the mould now i have been selling a few localy in NZ, id love to send some overseas to anyone whos keen, just the shipping cost will kill it unless some of you guys organise a group buy to one address. i can sell them with group buy for $220us + shipping of bulk or pellet.

you might like my vented bonnet also then.

well, id be all over ordering a front bumper if you sent em over here and we could get the shipping price down. My current one (s4) looks like ***, my intercooler doesnt fit behind it very well, and its hacked a little bit.

Wow, that front bumper is amazing! Honestly, up until this point there was absoulutly NO WAY I would consider a non-stock front bumper because none of the aftermarket rice is purpose driven. Yours is...I like that

Now you said 600x300? I am guessing that is MM? The Greddy core is 26x19x3 I believe.

So your bumper fits a 23.6"X11.8"?

How do you think a Greddy core would stuff behind it?

Thanks!

James
