Just thought I'd let every know about my new custom exhaust. Straight 3 inch pipe from the exhuast manifold to they-pipe. So much better, and souds so bad ***!!!!!!! I put a gutted cat on the pipe for those stupid cops that pull you over just to make sure you got cats on your car! You know the ones I'm talking about!!!! But damn the 3 stock cats the I took off the car are so heavy!!!!! Plus I got it made for $40! Best 40 bucks I have spent on the car so far!!!!!!!

If I wouldn't be so concerned about noise, I would have gone custom myself. Instead, I'm getting the full RB exhaust. I'm getting it next week, yay!

 

Nope sorry no pics my friend has my digi camera. But its not loud at all. It sounds nice and deep at idle and still sounds deep at wot! I still have the stock y-pipe and mufflers (saving which is hard to do since I have a girlfriend). Sounds bad *** and i'll take some pics within a couple of days!

Damn straight, my girl is so bad ***. When I'm doing something to my 7 she takes me to and from work. Even if she is working!!!!! And she loves my 7!!!!!! Of course she does work for my mom soooooooo..

damn, isn't 3 inch (even for the midpipe) a little large for an NA? Without the muffling of the turbo that must be LOUD!!

Nope it isn't that loud Just right!!!!!

I still have the stock mufflers so it keeps the noise down a bit. Nice deep tone. Just need to replace the mufflers with some high flow ones and then the exhaust will be done for now then I can get the paint/body looking good while saving up for rebuild/port
