new content owner of an 89 GTUs :)
hey guys,
finally got my GTUs about an hr or so ago
red 89 2+2 GTUs w/ (a little high) 174k miles
rebuilt tranny about 1 year ago from Tripoint engineering
has an exhaust leak and rough idle at startup which clears away after about 1 min of idling. has a ding in the rear wing and a bad wiper switch thing, the usual dings and dents, and a torn console cover (driver's elbow rest). nothing some good TLC can't fix.
paid $1500 for it

cant beat it for $1500..... my friend just picked up a 89 turbo2 for $1600.......... it has alot of body work that needs to be done.... but runs great! good luck w/ the project
