new clutch with atkins supercharger

If i got the atkins rotary supercharger, would i have to upgrade the clutch or transmission? The reason i ask is cuz i heard with the t2 swap the transmission wont handle the extra power so u have to swap in the t2 tranny.

yea a T2 drivetrain would be the way to go, but in the clutch itself its the pressure plate that you would worry about. the stock pressure plate probably wouldnt be able to hold the extra power, but if you swapped drivetrains you would need a new clutch, PP, flywheel, all that good stuff, so IMO the best way to go would be ACT heavy duty clutch kit (which is pretty much stock clutch) and pressure plate (which is stronger than stock)...
