working scale rotary engine?

Check out this link, definitly a work of art! I wonder if anybody has made a rotary engine like this (to scale)?

that video is old, and yes its ******* insane.
I'll buy it from the guy for $320

And there is a .30 (CID I'd guess, i dunno) Rotary engine. It's for Remote Control Planes, and someone has converted it to put in an RC Car (added a fan on the driveshaft to cool down the engine and a few other things)
