Cool New Brakes

I installed my new brakes and finally got around to take some pics.

Drilled & Slotted Rotors
PBR ceramic pads
Stainless steel brake lines
New front calipers
I rebuilt the rear calipers

She stops GOOD now!

Here are the before and work in progress.

I love your wheels! they're like the BBS but BBS is $600 a wheel! Who makes those I can't quite read the center caps.

And to not threadjack, those breaks are mad awesome. I've always loved drilled like the prosches. I heard there's cracking issues but those look like minimal drilling so you should be ok. Awesome setup you got there. gotta tell us how they stop after you take that baby on a track.

Never see the track? How do you come up with that conclusion? I run it at the CENLA SCCA once a month and occasionally at No Problem Raceway 1.8 mile track.

Although I haven’t been in the past couple of months due to fried clutch (Racing Beat street and strip)

But, I'll be installing this soon so clutch problems will be over.
Racing Beat 12lb. flywheel
CenterForce Dual Friction clutch

Thanks, 87 trubo FC.

The center caps say Bortex. They are Enkei RPM2's (they only weigh about 17lbs each. the rear are just a tad bit more.)
Front 17x8 with +35 offset with Falken 451 size 225/45/17
Rear 17x9 with +40 offset with Falken 451 size 255/40/17
Wheels, tires, lugs and shipping ran me $1,500 bucks. not bad!

I havent got any cracks yet but when it comes time to replace them I'm gong to go with powerslots
