New Apexi bov installed

Well I purchased charge piping with an apexi bov for my civic but ended up selling the civic and figured I would just throw the apexi on my TII. I installed it today and it is really quiet. Is the top nut supposed to be used to adjust it? I am only running the stock TII psi so i didnt expect it to be loud but I just figured id ask. Anyways I will take some pics of it tomorrow. WHat do most of you do to plug up the hole in your TID?
