A new addition to the family!
Hey guys,
despite some big life setbacks lately (seperation, getting fired) things are going pretty decent (until I run out of money next week, currently accepting donations via paypal ) I got a gift from my awesome father for the birth of my daughter.
He gave me my 86 base about five years ago that was in pristine condition which I subsequently treated like **** all the while falling in love with her. I was young and stupid but I started a whole business to make it up to her and make her pretty again (see avatar).
So anyhoots my old man sent me a pristine s5 vert from Oregon to NC on the back of a truck AND paid the shipping!! I was amazed when I got the car. A world of difference between the two cars. The seats are beautiful and just squeeze you in and I love the BBS vert rims and the way the suspension sits and the way it handles. I am in love.

In my opinion all coupes should be crushed and if they are t2's the driveline used for a vert swap. The turbo vert rules all. If it was not the best turbo convertible on the market for under 100k I would have already crushed it long ago.

The funny thing is with all the trouble I have had with my car I have thought about just having it crushed. But since its a vert I just can't do it because when it works I just love it. It is an awesome car. If I had a coupe though it probably would have been crushed long ago.
Congrats on the new car Dltreezan. There are alot of ignorant people out there that look down upon the vert simply because its a vert, and have never even driven one. Its nice to see someone whos driven the coupe get so taken by the vert when they get one.
Looks like stuff in your life is turning around already. Your dad kicks ***! I hope things keep goin that way for you!

Dude!! This vert kicks ***. It isnt horribly quick but not meant to be. Find me a vert with all wheel disck breaks, the quality of the ride, the suspension and all for the price. This car for what it is really rules. I really cant imagine what a turbo vert would be like. I love this car and it handles so well.

I've always been confused why a TII swap would be done into anything other than a Vert. TII's are already coups, so why make another one. Conversly, The Turbo Vert was never imported and was probably the best Mazda car made in japan that wasn't imported IMHP.
Well, maaayyybbeee the Cosmo.
