I just purchased a 89 convertable with a rebuilt engine with 20Km on it. Not knowing much about mechanices yet, I was wondering what the best route for acheiving approx 300hp. I'v been told there is a supercharger ($4,000cdn.) available for the stock engine, along with a few other mods will bring it up to 300hp. Am I better off swapping it over to a TII engine, tranny, and rear end and starting from that point? I don't mind spending the money if the performance/value is there.
