Okay so this is the story. I was out on the country road. When there were no cars I decided to see what my car could do. Anway I'm doing about 200Kph which is like 110-120mph I think and all of a sudden my car dies. It slowly slows down until it stops dead. I try to start it again and it doesn't start. There is alot of white smoke coming from the exhaust. I checked fuel pump cause I was told it could have failed and spark plugs nothing seems to be wrong. I've just about had it with this car and I'm even thinking of selling it for something more reliable like an MR2 Turbo. Could someone please help me out, I'd hate to see this car go but if I can't fix it then I have no other choice. OH yeah I almost forgot, my car is a 1987 Turbo II. I have intake,exhaust,dp,FCD and BOV if that helps.

 

i had the same problem back then....i found that the fuel pump ground wire was not getting a good ground. hope this helps....oh your engine might be flooded now cuz of all that fuel goin in the engine and not getting burn. hoep this helps

 

Okay guys thanks alot I will check out the things you guys mentioned and hope for the best. Anybody know what a blown waterseal is gonna cost me to get fixed??? I will post more if I have any other problems.
