Need some rims for my 86 GXL

Just wondering what color and kind of rims to go on my GXL i want 18 on there and just wondering where to get them really cheap and if white would look the best just give an opinion on rims thx>

And does anyone know what i can do for the cheapest to make my 13b engine faster in the 86 GXL at all?
