What are all the mods that are done to it?

If a fuel filter, and bigger fuel pump haven't been done, that would be first on my list.

okay so im going to do a turbo upgrade, a bigger fuel rail, bigger injectors and get it tuned on e85.. but.. my next question is will my transmission hold up? right now im sitting at 247 horses at the wheels, im expecting to reach atleast 300 at the wheels after this will everything hold up?

If its turbo drivetrain no problem. If its n/a drivetrain, no...(however theres controversy on that)

cool mines a turbo drivetrain, what kind of numbers can these things see before problems start to occur?

conservatively speaking 450whp+. Some guys have put upwards of 600 through the stock drivetrain.

As long as you're not drag racing you will probably be fine, but that really all depends on driving habits. Drifting (drivetrain shock), and low speed racing puts quite a bit of wear and tear on the components.

Yeah with 3 grand IMO I would do the following.
leave body work for next year LOL

Microtech : Probably the best upgrade for now and down the road about 1.5K installed by your self
Tunning : At leasts $500
BNR Stage 4 : Should Put you close to 350 HP $825
Injectors : Buy my Greddy 720cc for primaries and maybe 720 cc secondaries. that should keep you with enough fuel for awhile.

E85 requires roughly 30 percent more fuel than gasoline, definitely going to want ID2000s...
