need some help, turbo swap gone wrong!

Hey guys, i just finished my turbo swap into my 88 vert last night, heres the problem, when i go to start it, it only wants to run for 1-2 seconds, all the connectors are hooked up, fuel line pressure is 40 psi, it ran for 4 seconds once at 4000 rpm but i think thats cause it was terribly flooded. anyways, i'm going out for the morning, if you guys could just throw out some ideas so when i get back i can check them. All emmisions are removed, using a n338 computer and a n326 mass air, high imp injectors, thats all i can think of for now. thanks

Massive air leak. Such as the brake booster vac line off/disconnected. Or the check valve not plugged into the turbo inlet duct. Or a crack in the turbo inlet duct, often at the turbo itself.
