Need some help with some TII stuff.

Ok, there is a chance that I may be able to get EVERYTHING required to do a TII swap into my NA, as in I can get Tranny, engine fully dressed, ECU, wiring Harness, yada yada yada (really cheap too ). Only thing it does not come with is fuel pump and intercooler. Questions are:

1) Would my S5 NA fuel pump be able to handle the job for a while till I get a TII pump or better?

2) What is a good FMIC to get and how hard is it to install one? And, would getting the FMIC make me definatly need a TII fuel pump or better?

Thanks for time.

PS. I searched and could find a difinitive answer on anything and I am clueless when it comes to turbo stuff other then more boost+more fuel=HAPPY CAR!!!

i do not think the s5 na will be good enough for the t2, better off getting a walbro or fd pump(be patient) also a good front mount intercooler are easy to find and are a medium difficulty installing. Just do some more reading and research, you will be glad you did.
My 2 Cents............................Benny

Good Luck

If you're doing the swap, you may as well upgrade the fuel pump. A Walbro's about 98 shipped. As for the intercooler, I dont see them too often for under 900. Supposedly, the guys at FC3S.org are gonna be coming out with a FMIC for pretty cheap soon.

The NA pump will get you running and driving just fine, but you wouldnt want to do any WOT runs, or even 3/4 throttle runs at ALL...keep boost under about 4psi and you'd be fine. But hey, a walbro is like $125 shipped new, so why screw around?
