need some help new to rx7's

Hey everyone im pretty new to rx7's (own a 240sx right now) but have been wanting one for a very long time. I was thinking about buying a N/A rx7 but i want at least 200hp. i no if i just buy a turbo rx7 i would be at my goal already but if i get a N/A rx7 what would be some of the things to get to 200hp?? I have searched alot on the site and seen some ppl have carbed thier motors. how much HP will i gain from doing this and about how much does this whole process cost? and my last question is if i was to get a s4 N/A and wanted to swap a s5 turbo motor into it what would be needed? is it a direct swap or is there some extra stuff needed? thanks alot for any help

Rebuild and streetport the motor and get a SAFC if you go NA. If you switch over to a S5 block you'll need to keep the TB and front cover of the S4 and you'll need a s5 flywheel also. Easiest thing is to STAY WITHIN SERIES.
