Need some help

I just bought a used fcon without knowing the rom chip. When i got it and opened the case the rom chip was 104? I tried searching rom chips but nothing seemed to turn up for the 104. Also i need to buy injectors soon and want to go bigger and run more boost. I was thinking 680 and 720 would be good i plan on running about 10psi maybe more and have a aftermrket fuel pump. Last question my car has been consuming about a quart every 2 weeks. Smokes usally at startup and sometimes at idle and when i hit the gas and let off. I hope it is the turbo but by my searching it could be the oil seal internaly. My car is 1988 turbo. Thanks

Color of the smoke will tell you. White or blue?

Bluish but i also think some of the unburnt fuel contributes to the smoke think one or more of my injectors is leaking. Checked the plugs and they were black but that could be from all of the fuel or oil hard to tell they were not oily though. My car runs real rich only getting maybe 12mpg on highway with only little mods. Can get 200 miles to the tank depending on my driving.
