That was not the question, he asked about the rotor. Not the design of the rotor.

See now the guy is confused. Any 5 lug rear rotor or 5 lug rear caliper off of a fc3s will work with any 5 lug fc3s model.

they are SIGNIFICANTLY DIFFERENT!

he doesnt mean vented like cross drilled and vented or slotted. he means that the rotor is not a solid disc, it is vented in the middle, like the stock front rotors. the vented ones are THICKER. ill try to find a picture.

^^nice moped

NOPR-- i know the difference between vented and not. i want vented. i just need to know if theyll be a fitment issue with them. i have vented T2 rotors on the front already. im 90% sure the rear rotors came off of a 90 GXL.

yeah thats my new ride. ANYWAYS, do you not have the old rotors? im pretty sure you need calipers that came with vented rotors, but im not 100% since the rear brakes are self adjusting.

If you have 4 piston calipers up front, you have vented rotors in the back, otherwise you have solid rotors.

End of debate.

ok the calipers are different between vented and solid rotors u need ot get the correct rotor for that caliper...

part numbers ARE DIFFERENT

so there is no confusion..
vented rotor

solid rotor

the calipers are different if u have a caliper for a car that had solid rotors it WILL NOT fit over a vented disc

ask the guy u bought them from and he should know..

they came off of a 90 GXL im pretty sure. i just ran part number for the 90 GXL and 90 T2 on rockauto. they show the same part numbers for calipers and some rotors. they do offer a vented for the the T2 and not the GXL though. although some of the rotors are the same. with the calipers being the same part number i think i could run either rotor. i just need verification before i make a purchase.

The rears are the vented kind. If the front calipers are 4 piston, the rears are vented.

What does it say under brakes.

I am repeating what i posted first.
