they suck. you can not even fit your foot in the floorboard...even worse than your typical sports car back seat...one person can sit back there and put their legs across the seat ans sit sideways...just not very safe....

pics of mine... for sale.

https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=390085

as for legroom, with the seat all the way back, there's about 4 inches of leg room. all the way forward allows about a foot of leg room. this is just an estimate though.

you guys complain a lot, last time three of my friends all around 5'9" fit back there. they needed a ride i wasn't going to go back to pick them up, so it was either walk or sit back there.

I have a 2+2, and I have sat in a 928 that had more room in the back. Picture yourself sitting in a 5 gal. bucket, now make it about 3 1/2 gals. and your close. I keep my seat back down all the tome. Good place to hid cds and the box for the radar detector.

My niece and her friends sat in the back, once, they wouldn't do it again, and their hips are about as wide as a fence post.

I like how the seats look like they are designed for you to sit so deep in them that they shove your knees into your chest, so you can fit in the back. I guess thats why they call them bucket seats, its like sitting in a bucket.

hey, here are some pics of mine. as you can see they are small... and yes they add weight, but i think they clean up the rear alot... and my buddy sits back there all the time and never complains... and the seats fold down flat so you have the opportunity for alot of trunk space

^^AMEN.

I was thinking about getting rear seats, myself... but I wasn't sure if it was worth it. I may just get a Supra for my 2nd car (that has plenty of backseat space), and call it a day.

I have a 2+2. I like having the rear seats, so just in case someone needs a ride you dont have to leave them stranded.

the back seat aint that bad. atleast you wont be the one complaining that the space is too tight. i probaly wont even be using the rear seats unless i really have to. the sound system goes in the trunk for me and then the rear seats would just ne a storage area.
