Here is a pic of my ported uim from my TII, I used a die grinder with dremel sandpaper drums. (the round ones) worked very easy. Just be careful when you do it at high rpms. One snapped off and ended up in my chest. (ouch)

The write up in the archive is awsome. And it gives opinions of what everybody thought of it. I may just wait a lil, because I heard that a FD upper, and a S4 T2 lower is the way to go on NA. But we will see.

Or I may just wait until I go to the dyno after my break in, run it stock, get numbers, then port and see what exactly kind of gains I will be able to get. But as said before we will see.

I've never heard of that being done before. Is that a straight bolt up or is there fabrication involved? I would like to see a write up of that one done. What TB do you use with that setup?

You use the FD throttle body. Search FD intake and it should take you to Ddubs post where he did it. All you have to do if I understood correctly is post match the manifolds

I assume you want to see how to port match and get ideas. I took some pics to visualize each step on my SA mani.

I ported the whole runners, shaped them, and matched them. I do not polish my intakes, it helps with fuel atomization, I do sand to 320 grit.

Iceblue- thanks for the pics. I know about the fuel atomization. I am just wanting to make them a lil bigger. The thread in the archive said that there were some gains on a stock motor by doing this. I am going to dyno my motor as soon as it is broken in, do some porting and dyno again, and see what the accual difference is.

Tokyo- I can almost be 100% that you are at the right thread. I just IMed him and asked him how he did it.

the thread that he did the rebuild and put the motor in and finally got it to work then there was a oil seal problem or something and then he just parted it out or something?
