need opinion..4 to 5 lug issue

well, i'm currently in the proccess of converint my 4 lug to 5 with big brake upgrade up front and i was wondering if anyone just replaced the whole assembly from the control arm all the way to the brakes. also, just correct if me if i'm wrong, but will i need the master cylinder, brake booster, and lines? or can i simply just use the same master cylinder and change the brake booster and front brake lines?

most people just use the same master and booster, although yes, for best results, you would want to use the correct master and booster for the set up.
