I need to adjust my TPS. I know this has a section in the manual, but I need a online version, can anyone supply the link to the manual?

Look in the FUEL section, either 4A for n/a or 4B for turbo.

I just checked both sites. They are both up and running. Just don't try to download multiple chapters at the same time. And, use "save target as" instead of trying to open it in the browser.

In the Iluvmyrx7 site, click on 2nd gen, click manuals, click yearFSM, pick chapter and rightclickand savetargetas....

I noticed that the www.fc3s.org website doesn't like most of my browsers. It works fine with internet explorer which I hate using. I think that it is a javaissue. I always get errors with Netscape and Opera. Hope you're using IE(or equivalent) and have the latest updates.
Click on howtos/manuals/year/ and scrolldown/pick chapter and save it.

You might take a hint from the fc3s.org site and make sure you have Acrobat 5.0. I tried it with Acrobat 4.0 and it did not work. Yep, one chapter at a time works best. For me anyway.
