Need a new tps...

I found a neat little way to test out your TPS if you don't have a voltmeter and just want to see if its ok.
This only works if you have the dreaded up and down idleing, where it goes up and down, up and down, constantly.
I tested mine simply by just holding in the tps and holding the throttle at about 4k. The engine was reving steady at 4k, no fluctuations. I then let go of the tps and just held the throttle, it now changed and went back to about 4k (maybe lower) and it did the up and down bullshit.. This must mean that the resistance in the tps is not consistant, and it is fucked.

I need a new one. Before I go to mazdatrix and pay 200USD for a new one, im asking if anyone here has one that is functional and they are willing to sell? I have paypal, and I'll pay you if the price is right, and your a known member here. I say "known" becuase I dont want to get screwed over with a tps that is the same condition as mine...

thanks for your time, I hope the above was usefull to any of you with the same symptoms as me

Tps...

I got a couple spares... Don't know how well they are functioning, but I'd be willing to send one out to ya, and if it works, flip me a few bucks... Right now all of my spare parts are sitting in boxes until I can get the time to get my 88 GTU back on the road, so it's not like I'm gonna be taking a loss on it...

PM if interested, or e-mail me at wgrafddrx7@aol.com
