Need more power! best exhaust??

I would like to hear input on what the best exhaust would be for my '90 vert.
I don't care about sound, it can be quiet or loud as hell. All i wanna know is what is gonna give me the most hp gain.
Thanks in advance.

True Duals advertised and dyno proven 28% more rwhp on a stock engine.

When I put on my new exhaust I am going to have to dyno my car to see how much of a benifit it really is. True Dauls seem to be good, but personally I would go with a RB Road Race header, have it collected, then use a single exit exhaust and use all 2.5 inch piping.

You will be very happy with that setup.
I ran collected (to a 3" silencer) for a while, and could not tell the difference.
I am back to duals now only because I like the sound better.

hmmm, on a vert I'd run an RB header and presilencer into an Apexi N1 catback (obviously no cat). The advantage of the duals as far as I can tell is the movement of the powerband upward but I'd want a single exhaust on a 'vert to drop a little weight. Full header to muffler exhaust like this should give you 20 hp to the wheels on any healthy NA (huge gains from 4.5K to redline). Just watch out w/ the top down, it's gonna be loud hehe

How about a good exhaust that uses cats? Some of us have to pass an emissions test every year yano.
